My approach is integrative—I adapt the therapeutic process to each person’s needs, drawing on appropriate theoretical models. My foundation is humanistic and person-centered: at the heart of my counselling lies the belief that every individual holds inherent value, dignity, and the potential for personal growth and self-determination
Building a Trusting Relationship
The therapeutic process is based on creating an authentic relationship, grounded in respect, understanding, and empathy. Such a relationship provides a safe space for the deep exploration of the emotions and experiences connected to the challenges each person faces.
Alternative Expressive Methodsι
Sometimes words may not feel enough. When verbal expression doesn’t seem to fit or isn’t what you need, you have the option to explore other ways of expression—ways that feel closer to you, to your body, to your images and sensations.
You are free to experiment, discover, and create in whichever form feels most natural or meaningful to you in that moment:
- painting and art materials (such as sand, clay, color)
- creative writing or storytelling
- movement and body expression
- role-play and dramatisation
- guided imagery
- breathing and relaxation exercises

Counselling in Nature: Walk and Talk
Nature itself is a healer. It has the power to calm, to soothe, and to bring us closer to the here and now.
If you wish, we can combine walking with counselling in peaceful outdoor settings—by the sea, in the mountains, or in other natural places. Walking can:
- improve physical well-being and uplift mood
- foster resilience and bodily flexibility
- enhance clarity of thought and emotional regulation
Nature gently reminds us of the cycle of life and the beauty of transformation. Wherever we are, my priorities remain the same: safety, comfort, confidentiality, understanding, and acceptance.
Respecting Your Personal Rhythm
Within an atmosphere of acceptance and care, I will respect and trust your own process. Each of us needs time and space to work through our pain.
Just as the caterpillar needs its time within the cocoon to become a butterfly, so too do you have the right to find your own rhythm. Any attempt to rush this process may undermine the possibility of true transformation.
It will be my honor to walk alongside you on this journey—without pressure and without haste.
